About

A coach you'd trust with a hard conversation.

Raphael Öttinger smiling in front of a sunlit building

"My job isn't to fix you. It's to help you hear yourself clearly."

I'm Raphael Öttinger, and for over a decade I've sat with people at the edges of change — the career that stopped feeling right, the relationship that quietly went cold, the self that starts to feel like a stranger.

Most people arrive carrying an answer they've never been able to say out loud. My work is unhurried: we make space, we listen, and we let the right answer surface on its own. No shortcuts, no hacks, no hype — just a trusted presence for the conversations that are too important to have alone.

The idea behind M3 — and behind Mosaic — is simple: life is about setting the pieces correctly together to form the masterpiece. Sometimes that needs guidance, care and attention. But together it is possible.

How I work

Three things you can count on.

01

Presence over pressure

Sessions aren't a performance review. We make space, slow down, and let the real question surface before rushing to answers.

02

Questions over answers

I won't hand you a formula for your life. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding until your own answer becomes obvious.

03

Honesty over comfort

Kind and direct are not opposites. You'll get a mirror, not a cheerleader — and that's where the useful work happens.

Curious whether we'd work well together?

The first conversation is a real conversation, not a sales call. Start with a message.
