About this path
Peer learning and nature
Some things can't be found at a desk. Mountain brings together small peer groups for real nature experiences in the Norwegian mountains — hiking, weather, quiet, and honest conversation around the fire. You arrive with a question; the landscape and the group do the rest.
Mountain is not a retreat with a schedule. It is a small group of peers — six to eight people — walking together through Norwegian mountain landscape for several days. The weather sets the plan, the fire sets the hour, and the conversations happen on the way, not in a seminar room.
You arrive with a question — about your work, a decision, a direction, or simply the need to breathe. Nature strips away the noise; the group holds the mirror. People are often surprised how much clarity a day of walking can produce.
All levels of outdoor experience are welcome. The routes are chosen so everyone can take part, and every expedition is guided from start to finish.
