M3 | coaching — who?

Raphael Öttinger | personal coach and systemic consultant

My name is Raphael Öttinger, and I'm passionate about walking alongside people on their personal journeys. As a husband, father of three wonderful children, teacher, social worker, coach, and mentor, I've had the privilege of guiding and supporting others since I was 16. Over the years, I've transformed my passion for helping others into a fulfilling profession.

I am a Psychological Advisor (Euro-FH) with a specialization in Couples and Family Coaching. In addition, I have a degree in Systemic Counseling within organizational contexts and working toward certification as a trainer for the persolog® personality model. These programs build on my academic foundation — a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication Management with a focus on Business Psychology, Leadership, and Employee Motivation.

My professional path has been as diverse as it has been meaningful. From working as a certified prison officer in a prisoner-mentoring program—helping individuals break destructive patterns and build empowering habits—to serving in schools, youth clubs, and alongside vulnerable groups such as the homeless and those struggling with addiction, I've encountered many sides of the human experience. These encounters have shaped my deep belief in the possibility of transformation.

Whether change comes through small, intentional steps or through bold life decisions, I'm here to help you move forward. With a unique blend of hands-on experience, academic insight, and personal dedication, I offer support, guidance, and a steady hand on your journey toward growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

With my unique combination of practical experience, educational background, and certifications, I am here to support you on your personal journey toward growth, self-discovery, and positive change. Let's walk together to unlock your potential and create a life that aligns with your true aspirations.
